Trading Systems Developer

A successful applicant will become part of a small team dedicated to expanding and refining trading strategies for the firm, working directly with the traders and our growing team of software developers.
Responsibilities:

• Model, test and implement trading strategies
• Monitor trading strategy operation and performance in a production environment
• Tune and optimize trading strategies
• Work closely with traders and other developers in a collaborative manner

Requirements:

• Experience developing trading strategies using one or more of the following languages: C++, C#, R, Matlab
• Test driven software development experience
• Experience with applied statistics and at least one major statistics package
• Experience with futures trading a plus
• Experience with C++
